Monday's at PURE is Lower Body BUILD, predominantly focusing on increasing muscle mass in the quads, glutes, hamstrings and calves. During this 60 minute class expect to lunge, squat, push, pull and move in different planes of motion.

 

Today we move heavy weights. We will start with a warm up with lower body focused mobility, get energized with dynamic movement patterns and prime the muscles as a team. Our personal trainer in Hialeah will finish the workout with a stretch session.

​Friday's at PURE is Upper Body BUILD, predominantly focusing on increasing muscle mass in the back, shoulders, chest and arms. During this 60 minute class expect to push or pull and move in different planes of motion. Today we move heavy weights. We will start with a warm up with upper body focused mobility, get energized with dynamic movement patterns and prime the muscles as a team. Our personal trainer in Hialeah will finish the workout with a stretch session.
